Flourless Dark Chocolate Nut Cookies {Grain Free; 5-Ingredients}

My husband loves these cookies. Loves them. He ate 5 in a row when I made them fresh for our date night on Friday. This means that they are amazing. Anything that make my husband happy is amazing and makes me incredibly happy.

These are a bit more like brownies than cookies in texture, but I like the portion control of making them into individual cookies – though you can still eat 5 in a row (as my husband demonstrated).

Another beautiful thing about these brownie-cookies is that they take less than 30 minutes to make. So what are you waiting for? Whip some up right now!

Please note that these are definitely only a treat (considering all the sugar that is in these!), but they are a better option for a treat if you are looking for one. I made these for our date night, and they were the perfect, grain-free, all-natural indulgence.

1/2 tbsp baking powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except chocolate chips.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

  7. Gently remove from the tray (these cookies are quite fragile).
Enjoy the Chocolate-y…

..cookie/brownie goodness.
